Ruiao cemented carbide round bars are manufactured from high-purity tungsten carbide raw materials via professional powder metallurgy, pressing and vacuum sintering process.
Our products feature ultra-fine grain structure, high hardness, superior wear resistance, high bending strength and excellent thermal stability. Strict dimensional tolerance control such as H6 precision, perfect straightness, concentricity and surface finish fully meet high-standard tool making requirements.
We supply solid carbide round bars and multi-coolant hole carbide round bars (1 hole / 2 holes / 5 equally spaced holes available). Custom grades, diameters, lengths and coolant hole layouts are acceptable per customer drawings.
Widely applied to manufacture end mills, drills, reamers, taps, forming tools and wear parts, suitable for machining cast iron, stainless steel, alloy steel and other difficult-to-cut materials.
